Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Industrial Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 5 to 10 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with a strong focus on process mapping, process improvement, time and motion studies, and capacity management. This role is critical to ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our production processes.
 
Key Responsibilities:

 
  • Process Improvement: Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and improve quality.
  • KPI Management, data gathering, data analysis such as analyzing production data to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement as well as providing guidance to the engineering department as base line for improvement projects.
  • Layout management: Optimize space usage, process improvement by layout changes according to process flow according to current demand.
  • Time and Motion Studies: Conduct time and motion studies to analyze work processes and identify opportunities for efficiency gains. This should be reflected in the ERP system (Sage X3).
  • Capacity Management: Manage the capacity model to ensure production meets demand while optimizing resource utilization. Utilizing yield trends and time studies.
  • Lean Manufacturing: Implement lean manufacturing principles and practices to streamline operations and reduce costs.
  • Project Management: Lead and manage projects aimed at improving manufacturing processes and systems.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including production, quality, and supply chain, to drive process improvements.
  • Compliance: Ensure all processes comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Process Mapping: Develop and maintain detailed process maps to identify areas for improvement and ensure optimal workflow.


Qualifications:

Requirements:
 
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
  • 5 to 10 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the medical device industry.
  • Strong Fluency in English(C1 level or higher)
  • Strong knowledge of process mapping, process improvement, time and motion studies, and capacity management.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Arena, ERP systems)

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with lean manufacturing principles and practices.
  • Strong project management skills.
