PURPOSE OF JOB
The HR Specialist supports the organization by performing tasks related to employee life cycle activities as well as other functions supporting the HR organization. Responsible for overseeing and ensuring the smooth administration of all aspects of HR Operations—from recruitment coordination and staff training to HR projects and annual events like Open Enrollment and Performance Management.Responsibilities
- Reporting and Analytics: Assists in the creation of KPI’s and the monthly reporting to leadership regarding KPI attainment percentage.
Responsible for creation and maintenance of an HR Dashboard. - Benefits Administration: Leads the HRIS changes for Benefit Management.
- HRIS Management: Audit HRIS to ensure data integrity. Maintains API’s and Data Feed connections between all HR Systems, internal and external vendors (Benefit Vendors and Payroll). Leads the team in the build out of our ticketing system (FreshWorks). Assign tickets per level of complexity and report ticket KPI adherence and achievement weekly.
- Employee Support: Providing Second level support for employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and other HR-related matters through the internal ticketing system.
- Leave Management: Act as a point of escalation for LOA’s and employee issues.
- Project Management: Under the supervision of the HR Operations Supervisor, lead and participate in HR related and cross functional projects. Maintains project plans and ensures successful project performance.
EDUCATION:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, psychology, human resource management.
- Proficiency with ATS (ADP desirable)
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
- English B2

- 5 years of experience
