Job Summary: The Global Senior Recruiting Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting the global recruitment efforts of our organization. This position involves managing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience, and collaborating with various stakeholders to meet the company's hiring needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a high-quality candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding, managing the pre-employment and onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition and positive experience.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews across multiple time zones, including travel arrangements and virtual interview setups.
- Communication: Maintain regular communication with candidates, hiring managers, and recruitment teams to provide updates and gather feedback.
- Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and relevant employment laws.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Reporting: Generate and analyze recruitment metrics to inform strategies and improve processes.
- Event Coordination: Organize and participate in recruitment events, job fairs, and campus recruiting activities.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in recruitment coordination.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in recruitment coordination, preferably in a global or multinational environment.
- Skills:
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using ATS and other recruitment software.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
